About Educare
Educare Learning Centre was established in 2018 and is located in Sunrise Estate, Donholm. Educare is a value-based school that follows the British Early Years Foundation and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) to inspire creativity, critical thinking and leadership in every student as we ignite and nurture a lifelong love for learning which prepares each student for critical thinking and leadership roles in society and globally.
Kindergarten & Primary School
In Kindergarten we follow the British Early Years Foundation Stage framework that is based on the philosophy that young children learn best through a play-based curriculum, with a balance of adult-led and child-initiated challenged activities.
In the junior school, we follow and adopt the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) of the Kenyan curriculum using international standards to implement CBC.

STEM

End of Term Concerts
End of terms concerts encourage creativity and self-expression as it is a platform where students showcase their talents and creativity. During preparation, learners, teachers, and staff develop teamwork and collaboration. They are also dedicated to practice and work hard to perfect their performances. The end of term concerts provides entertainment and enjoyment.
Public Speaking
At our school, we encourage students to develop their public speaking skills through various opportunities, such as class presentations, debates, and speech contests. It is always incredible to see students who might have been shy or nervous at first, grow in confidence as they spoke, and deliver speeches that were both thoughtful and well-prepared.
Holiday Camps
Holiday Camps ensure that children get a chance to socialize and interact with children from different backgrounds and cultures. They also learn new skills such as art & craft cookery, farming
archery ,horse riding and music which helps build their self-esteem. Holiday camps are full of fun and adventure and children get to create lasting memories.
Taekwondo
Not only improves physical fitness, but also teaches discipline, respect, self-confidence, and perseverance. It can help learners develop focus, concentration, and goal-setting skills while instilling a sense of responsibility and leadership.
School Trips

Interactive Day

Extra-Curricular Activities
Swimming
Swimming is an excellent way to improve cardiovascular and muscular strength. It improves flexibility and range of motion as it requires the body to move in different ways. Swimming is a form of relaxation and it can be enjoyed alone or with others. It is a great form of exercise with many physical and mental health benefits.

Dance plays a role in promoting physical development. Dance can help to develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility in early years learners. It can also improve their cardiovascular health, gross motor skills, and overall physical.
Sports Day

Our school has a wide range of sporting events that students can participate in, from traditional track and field events to team sports like soccer and basketball.
